At the Downriver Rising Stars League, our mission is to empower youth through the game of basketball by promoting skill development, leadership, and character on and off the court.  

We are to create a fun, inclusive, and competitive environment where players ages 7–12 can grow through mentorship, teamwork, and community engagement. Our goal is to shape rising stars into confident athletes and outstanding individuals who shine beyond the hardwood.
